Flickr posted its 5 billionth photo today. The photo was of Woodward’s building in Vancouver. Flickr says 3000 photos are uploaded every minute. Facebook is still bigger with 15 billion photos most of them are pictures of drunk college students. IBM has bought an analytics company called Netezza for 1.7 billion. Flickr will now allow you to connect your account to Facebook. Whenever you upload a public picture to Flickr it will automatically upload to your Facebook account. There is a rumor going around that Google is integrating its Google Voice service with Gmail. It sounds like a good idea so why wouldn't this be true?
