Facebook has launched Facebook Questions a way for people to ask questions and other users to answer according to their interests. It is very similar to a service called Aardvark (vark.com) that earlier this year was bought by Google. Sprint is paying for a creative campaign where cable TV channel G4 has changed its name to "4g" for the week to promote Sprint's Evo phone and 4g network. Youtube has increased it's video time limit to 15 minutes. Great, even more content to waste time! Amazon came out with a new Kindle today. MSNBC just released a new site that uses a single-page-only format for stories. Rather than clicking to the next page, the story will only have one page. MSNBC intends to use larger custom ads for advertisers. They say they are focusing on "advertiser experiences"

Twitter is considering the possibility of adding promoted trends to its ad platform which already consists of promoted tweets. Promoted tweets are speculated to be worth tens of thousands of dollars and would appear as a trend for a given amount of time during the day. Flickr will now allow you to connect your account to Facebook. Whenever you upload a public picture to Flickr it will automatically upload to your Facebook account. There is a rumor going around that Google is integrating its Google Voice service with Gmail. It sounds like a good idea so why wouldn't this be true? Social media seems to always paint the quickest and most extensive picture of any natural disaster wherever it may be. This has proven no different for the flooding situation in Nashville. YouTube and Twitter are two tools that have worked in tandem to bring videos and images of the situation to everyone. Videos of houses floating away and cars submerged on the interstate provide real experiences that are available on demand. Local news outlets just can't compete. Am I the only one that will buy cans of Heinz beans just because the label has incredible simplicity in design?  Those Heinz beans labels are so retro, and can really make anyone's pantry who is pantry obsessed look clean.  Line those bean cans up.  Don't forget to buy some OXO canisters to put any dry goods in, and take your stuff out of those boxes.  Then take a pretty picture of your organized, beautiful pantry, and don't forget to paint the inside of it a nice vibrant color.
